Licenses and pricing at musicfox

The purchase of a license permits you to use the piece of music (all versions included) in your project for an indefinite period of time. Once you have purchased a license, you will receive the audio files in the formats WAV, MP3 (320kb) und MP3 (128kb), the license/royalty exemption document and your invoice.

Mini - 15 EUR (net)

all of the following applications:

• Private project or
• Kindergarten project or
• School project or
• University project or
• Background music in public rooms (e.g., in hotels or restaurants)

Basic - 35 EUR (net)

all of the following applications:

• Music on hold or
• Website background music or
• Smartphone app or
• Podcast / videocast or
• Show music (e.g. for theatre or circus) or
• Power point presentation or
• Online tutorial video or
• Audio logo, Intro-/Outro music or
• Short film (= short motion picture without advertising content) or
• Audio guide or
• Casual games / flash games

Standard - 75 EUR (net)

all of the following applications:

• Image film, product film
  (for use on a website, social media channels, video portals (e.g. YouTube) and trade fairs) or
• Documentary or
• Editorial online videos or
• Radio spot (regional) or
• TV spot (regional) or
• Cinema commercial (regional) or
• Corporate TV or
• Editorial TV or
• IPTV broadcast or
• Browser games / online games or
• Mechanical reproduction up to 1,000 copies (e.g. CDs, DVDs, USB sticks)

Premium - 145 EUR (net)

all of the following applications:

• Online commercial or
• "Point of sales" spot or
• "Public viewing" spot or
• TV movie / TV series or
• Mechanical reproduction up to 4,000 copies (e.g. CDs, DVDs, USB sticks)

Star - 195 EUR (net)

all of the following applications:

• Cinema spot (national) or
• Radio spot (national) or
• In stream video ad or
• Mechanical reproduction up to 10,000 copies (e.g. CDs, DVDs, USB sticks)

All Together - 345 EUR (net)

All applications with the exeption of TV spots.

Superstar - 695 EUR (net)

TV commercial (national & international)

What will I recieve when I license a song? (scope of delivery)

If you license a piece of music for a project at musicfox, you will recieve the following files:

• Soundfile - WAV (44,1 kHz, 16 Bit)
• Soundfile - MP3 (320kb)
• Soundfile als MP3 (128kb)
• License and certification of royalty-freeness (PDF)
• Invoice (PDF)

Are all versions of a music track included?

Yes, if you license a music track, all versions are included. You can download and use all of them in your project.

May I try the music before buying? (demo downloads)

If you want to download the demo versions of our music tracks, please contact the musicfox team.

How and when do i recieve the purchased files?

If you pay by credit card, direct debit or by invoice, you will recieve all the files immediately after you have placed the order. You can download all the files in your user account.

May I pay by invoice?

If you want to pay by invoice, please contact the musicfox team.

Exclusiveness of music

The music in our archive you will find only on musicfox.
